Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for the design, maintenance, and improvement of control systems and electronics.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols across all electronics and control systems.
- Collaborate with district management and operations to drive improvements in service quality and system processes.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for large-scale electronics projects.
- Represent the electronics department in meetings with stakeholders and executive management.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of control software, ensuring alignment with performance standards and operational needs.
- Lead hardware optimization initiatives to maximize efficiency, durability, and integration with control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine software architecture, enhancing responsiveness and functionality across devices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in electronics and controls, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects and driving technological innovation.
