- Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests.
- Assist with member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Process membership registrations and renewals accurately.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members.
- Promote and sell membership packages and services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience.
- Support special events and programs during weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems.
- Team player with a passion for helping others.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
