About You
As an Overnight Front Desk Sales Associate, you will provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests while ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests, assisting with questions or concerns.
- Promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor.
- Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed.
- Answer phones and assist callers.
- Perform membership functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
- Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
- Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and communal spaces.
Requirements:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience (preferred).
- Must be 18 years old.
- Willing to become CPR/AED certified.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
