Order Fulfillment Planner
Order Fulfillment Planner is the liaison between the US factory and other global Pfannenberg locations. Primary responsibility is to plan, purchase, and import finished goods and raw materials from other Pfannenberg factories.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Set inventory parameters, monitor inventory consumption & inventory turns
- Create and optimize supply plans for finished goods and components to meet sales forecasts, customer orders and targeted inventory levels
- Monitor performance and recommend action plans that ensure that inventory targets and customer service levels are achieved
- Develop improved inventory management processes and targets
- Schedule and oversee orders for imports of finished products manufactured outside of the US
- Monitor freight rates and tariffs. Recommend adjustments to minimize transportation cost and lead time.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Purchasing and inventory planning experience
- Import/Export experience is preferred.
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP a plus)
- Assertive communication, relationship builder and interpersonal skills.
- Strong disposition toward customer service
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering teamwork.
- Process oriented, strong problem-solving skills and able to embrace and drive change.
- Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
