Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead approximately 12 staff members and student ambassadors in executing a comprehensive and long-range strategic enrollment plan for the university. Key responsibilities include articulating a vision for regional recruitment, working closely with the president, provost, faculty, athletic director, and other staff members to execute this plan, and leveraging our strengths in graduate programs and the honors program to attract top undergraduate talent.
Key Qualifications
- Masters Degree, PhD, or EdD preferred and/or relevant experience
- Established experience and success with Enrollment Management and working knowledge of collegiate enrollment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a successful enrollment management plan
