Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Manager leads our inside sales team and manages the daily monitoring of our order book and the interactions with the Sales Companies who are our Customers. This role is critical in ensuring timely order processing, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Regular interaction with the General Manager, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, External Sales, Estimating, Production Control, and Manufacturing teams to satisfy Customer expectations. Must be able to maintain a high level of urgency, while at the same time, maintaining an extremely professional and diplomatic attitude with Customers, and with direct and support co-workers. Ability to work with ERP systems (SAP) as well as Excel or basic data analysis tools. This role is a point of contact and escalation for the Customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages Inside Sales Team
Duties
- Order Book Management : Maintain daily oversight of the order book, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and fulfillment in alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and develop the inside sales team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Customer & Sales Support : Collaborate with sales entities and end customers to provide responsive and proactive support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and optimizing order flow.
- Operational Coordination : Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams to align sales commitments with production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- ERP & Systems Management : Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for order tracking, reporting, and process improvements.
- Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance sales operations and customer service.
- Performance Reporting : Track key sales and operational metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, which includes daily sales and invoicing progress, weekly, and monthly reporting.

General Qualifications :
Education and / or Experience
Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to a BS degree in Business Administration, or that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
Minimum of 48-months general experience in Sales / Customer Service, or related experience; plus 12-months specific experience in heavy phone sales / Customer Service; with additional 12-months Supervisory / Management experience.
Language Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, write and speak English language sufficient to understand and communicate with customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform common mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a disciplined approach.
