Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Excellence Lead to join our team. As a Manufacturing Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and excellence in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, and R&D) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Monitor and track quality metrics and performance to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations to drive innovation in quality management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 36 months general quality or manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 24-months specific experience in precision metals fabrication and machining.
- Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) or similar credentials preferred.
