Your Role in Our Success
PFERD North America is seeking a Multimedia & Brand Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & E-Commerce team. Creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled, the Multimedia & Brand Specialist enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. An internal and external champion for PFERD TOOLS, this position is responsible for elevating the PFERD TOOLS brand in North America through strategic partnerships and public relations, creating visual solutions to market and grow the business.

The Multimedia & Brand Specialist will be critical in expanding our brand presence in North America and creating value for our distributor partners.
What you will do
- Videography: Adhering to global corporate brand guidelines, direct, shoot, and produce high quality videos marketing our product and our company for external and internal uses.
- Content Creation: As an expert in the PFERD brand, create content and ensure all messaging aligns with corporate strategic direction and voice.
- Virtual Trainings: Ensure a smooth and premium webinar and virtual training experience for attendees.
- Public Relations: Expand our brand presence through influencer management and other strategic partnerships, as well as seek out new opportunities within budget.
- Multimedia Design: As part of a team, design print materials, signage, displays, ads, logos, and company-branded collateral.
- Photography: Direct and photograph high quality product imagery for use in E-Commerce and marketing.
- Write, edit, and publish content across all marketing channels reflective of PFERD’s brand voice and tone.
- Implement a test and learn culture with all digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and print vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse group of teams, including global headquarters, executive leadership, sales, operations, and customer service.
- Track project status to ensure all tasks are accounted for and on schedule to meet desired outcome/deadlines using project management system.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing and design.
- Video and photo editing and producing experience.
- A passion for storytelling and understanding a brand voice.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn advertising, ad management, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe creative software programs: Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Tenacious level of organization and attention to detail while still understanding the big picture.
- Contagious drive and high degree of autonomy.
- Quickness to learn new systems, adapt processes, and troubleshoot.
- Humility and willingness to operate as part of a global team.
- Unafraid of reaching out to departments locally and globally to complete responsibilities.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and adapting to changing timeframes in a highly collaborative, input-driven, and globally distributed environment.
- Willingness to take direction and implement improvements from peers, superiors, and stakeholders
- An attitude that aligns with PFERD North America’s values of collaboration, accountability, integrity, and determination.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using project management systems like ClickUp.
- Exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- B2B Manufacturing marketing team experience.
