Your Role in Our Success
At PFERD as a Warehouse Coordinator you will provide support for the warehouse by order processing, assembling picks, completing order finalization, completing trip records, answering telephones, scheduling receiving, and other duties as assigned.
What you will do
- Ensure all shipping documents are created and maintained accurately. This includes BOLs, hold tags, SLI and other international shipment documents.
- Responsible for order entry, follow-up, status, and other daily communication with customers in coordination with customer service and other staff.
- Interact with customers as needed to clarify or communicate discrepancies and schedules.

Inspect and record incoming and outgoing orders for count, damage, dates, etc.
Schedule truck shipments, UPS, and FedEx as needed. - Maintain shipping and receiving area as needed.
- Other responsibilities include monitoring and replying to emails in a timely manner, scanning and filing paperwork, printing orders for the next day, and communicating issues to the appropriate department / or supervisor.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you will need
- HS Diploma/GED
- Experience in similar position preferred
- SAP experience a plus
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
