Customer Service Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Freight Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely and safe delivery of products. As a key member of our transportation team, you will work closely with customers, vendors, and co-workers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: assisting driver trainers with deliveries and routes, performing all required safety checks, and reporting any safety issues or repairs needed.
