Position Purpose :
As a vital part of our food supply chain, our delivery drivers ensure that customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. Serving as the face of our company, you will help build long-lasting customer relationships. In the role of Delivery Assistant, you will work alongside the Driver to ensure timely and safe product deliveries to our customers.
The Delivery Assistant rides with and supports Drivers in various vehicle types, including tractor trailers, tandem trailers, and straight trucks, on assigned intrastate and interstate routes. You will interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions and needs are addressed accurately and promptly. This role requires effective teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to perform any assigned duty that best serves our company.
