As a Food Service Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting designated driver trainers with their deliveries and routes. You will perform all required safety checks, including inspections of the tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in good condition. You will also be responsible for completing daily records of hours of service and entering them into the log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
