As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients/patients by providing clinical oversight, planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client/patient care on a daily operational basis. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies.
Participate in selection of off-site resources for services not provided by the program.
Conduct monthly/quarterly record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings.
Maintain required weekly client contact hours through intakes, individual, family, and group therapy.
Provide clinical oversight for service delivery and monitor progress notes for accuracy.
Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies for comprehensive care.
Monitor funding sources and manage services within allocated budget.
Provide supervision and performance evaluations for team members, ensuring continuous training and development.
Oversee crisis intervention responses and ensure compliance with incident reporting procedures.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement QM measurement systems for continuous program improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in behavioral health and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR
Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in behavioral health and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc., or applicable State Board with four (4) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in behavioral health and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist, or a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by Missouri state law.
Additional Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of clinical best practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
Strong supervision and leadership skills with experience in training staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and evaluate program services effectively.
Skilled in crisis intervention and program development.
