Location: Trenton, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day services in accordance with state regulatory guidelines to support clients in their recovery journey. You will help foster skill development, ensure program compliance, and contribute to a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor program premises to maintain safety and sanitation standards
Model appropriate behaviors consistent with agency expectations and program philosophy
Ensure client compliance with program expectations and curfews, and report behaviors to the CPRC team
Facilitate PSR education sessions under supervision of the Clinical or PSR Supervisor
Conduct client orientation, education, referrals, and maintain accurate documentation
Plan and lead structured group activities, community outings, and therapeutic groups
Advocate for clients during treatment plan implementation under supervision
Attend scheduled staff meetings and team planning sessions
Provide transportation for clients using agency vehicles as needed
Serve as a positive role model and representative of the program
Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, or Executive Team
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of responsible work history
Prior experience working in behavioral health or rehabilitation programs preferred
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for transport duties)
Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of rehabilitation and case management practices in mental health settings
Familiarity with community resources and mental health recovery models
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to learn and grow within a structured, supportive environment
