Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Pfister Insurance Agency, Inc. is an Independent Insurance Agency with over 80 years of exceptional customer service and growth with four locations. We do our best to provide our staff with great support and a happy work atmosphere while maintaining a professional business operation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective relationship management. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a deep understanding of insurance products and services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional insurance products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to achieve appropriate and beneficial coverage agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay informed with our multiple carriers and their various appetites, underwriting guidelines, and competitor offerings to effectively service and remarket accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to quote and process new business accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A valid insurance license in Property and Casualty is required.
