Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Consulting, this role serves as the head of strategy for Pfizer’s U.S. Primary Care and Specialty Care Business Units (BUs), which are part of our overall U.S. Commercial Division. The Primary Care BU spans Pfizer’s commercial efforts in Internal Medicine, Vaccines, and Antivirals, while the Specialty Care BU covers Inflammation & Immunology, Rare Disease, and our Hospital portfolio. These BUs are responsible for executing the U.S. commercial strategy across these TAs / products and are accountable for the U.S. P&L for these businesses.
The role of the strategy lead is to help shape, develop, and enable execution of strategies to advance and grow these businesses in support of Pfizer’s overall growth ambitions. These business strategies include key U.S. brand / market priorities and cover a broad range of in-line and late-stage pipeline assets in support of patient needs across the world.
The role has four main accountabilities :

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $280,400.00 to $467,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 30.0% of the base salary.
Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned based on the location of hire.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and / or eligibility.
