Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the financial management framework for the CISO organization.
- Set strategy and issue guidance on how CISO finances will be managed.
- Represent the CISO organization in financial matters, including ownership and accountability of month end financial accounting execution.
- Lead and manage a team of financial accountants and subject matter experts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with finance/accounting or related experience.
- 10 years of relevant financial management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Deep understanding of finance IT systems and Pfizer's international financial processes.
