Job Overview
PFL Services is looking for a candidate that has Quality Auditor in Asheboro, NC with experience in Quality Auditing along with experience in Plastics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist quality lead or designee with the dimensional measurement of extruded tubing and various tubing assemblies
- Visual inspection of extruded tubing and various tubing assemblies
- Initiation of proposed specifications and /or revision of existing specifications
- Packaging and shipping product
- Incoming/receiving inspection duties
- Maintain accurate, legible and detailed records of activities
- Accurately use calipers, protractors and other measuring devices to inspect parts.
- Maintain accurate, legible and detailed records of actives
- Assist the quality lead, or designee
- support the Quality Management System
- assist with product inspection, shipping, and release
- assist the manufacturing process engineer with the development and testing of products
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience in production environment required, preferably with the Quality department.
3rd shift - 11pm - 7am
Work Location: Asheboro, NC
