Job Overview:
The Cycle Counter will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient warehouse for stockroom operation by verifying stock levels and improving control processes.
Duties:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory.
- Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to system records
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or misplaced stock.
- Report inconsistencies and work with warehouse and inventory teams to correct errors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inventory count records.
- Assist with inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Identify and recommend improvements to inventory control procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counts preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Proficient knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Steel Toe Shoes
Work Location: High Point, NC
Shift: 1st shift 5:45am - 2:45pm Monday - Friday
