As a Partner Development Representative at PFL, you will connect with key partners and develop sales opportunities. If you're passionate about building relationships and driving revenue, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Here's what you'll do:
- Reach out directly to key partner sellers including AEs, RVPs and SEs to Schedule intro meetings to evangelize PFL with the goal of enabling & sourcing opportunities
- Build new relationships by creating/executing strategic outreach
- Pre-call planning, superior handoff to AE and educating AE as necessary about the partner opportunities
- Host enablement meetings with Account Executives at Partners, ask for intros to their customers based on print and technology needs, and schedule Discovery calls for PFLs software solutions with end customers.
- Apply affective communication skills, collaborating directly with partners, sales, and cross-functional teams
- Take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things, and amplify successes by your finds with team
- Communicate PFL's value proposition quickly and effectively
- Have a direct and material impact on company revenue
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
- Share and test new ideas based on knowledge and experience
- Add value to team huddles and meetings. Remains adaptable and optimistic
- Leads by example and embraces continuous improvement, in all aspects of the business
- Works with leadership on personal development and coaching

Compensation - $48 - $70K:
- Hourly, commission eligible position with an annualized starting wage between $48 - 52K, and OTE of $70K
