POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Executive actively seeks and closes customer engagements for Synario. The Account Executive has a proven ability to independently develop, manage, and close a pipeline of business to fulfill annual quotas in excess of $1 million. Visit www.synario.com
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage your own assigned account based and/or segment-based sales pipeline
- Work closely with our marketing team and Sales Engineers to drive qualified leads into your funnel through direct outreach and inbound marketing
- Manage prospecting campaigns, conferences, and other events
- Drive and manage the sales process
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Report activity consistently and accurately to management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least five (5) years of experience in B2B software sales
- Experience leading a consultative, relationship-based sales process that helps prospects discover value and fit within their organization
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
Other Qualifications
- Ability to engage and motivate C-level executives
- Ability to handle complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- A deep understanding of software usage and pain points
- Ability to be coached, acknowledge strengths and weaknesses, and seek and respond to feedback
- Higher education, public utility or other public sector technology sales experience preferred

The anticipated base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $90,000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
