PFP Logistics is looking for an Operations Manager in the Savannah, GA Area!
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday
- Salary Benefits ($55,000 - $75,000)

Operations Manager will...
- Oversee 3-5 warehouses in the Savannah surrounding areas
- Responsible for recruiting new team members, training, and managing onsite teams
- Manage customer relationships and performance expectations
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company to grow
- Oversee daily activity reports and administrative work relative to hiring and payroll for all sites
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience successfully supervising / managing a team towards set goals, objectives or service-level agreements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment; Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify, hire and train talented team members
- Experience reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), team development, and revenue projections
- Effective leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Enforce high quality standards
