PFP Logistics is seeking a Sanitation Worker (1st Shift) in the Savannah, GA Area!
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday (7am - 3pm)
- $19 ( $20.50 an hour after 90 days)
- Weekly Pay!
Sanitation Worker will:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of warehouse floors, walls, equipment, and work areas using appropriate tools and cleaning products
- Remove trash, debris, and recyclables from the warehouse and dispose of them according to company procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, replenishing supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and complete checklists for routine and deep-cleaning tasks
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure a clean and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or housekeeping roles is a plus
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
