PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Council Bluffs, IA!
Schedule :
- 1st shift : Monday through Friday (6 : 00AM - 2 : 00PM)
- Saturday availability required
Our Warehouse Supervisor will :
Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products.Coordinating daily operations during their shift (distribute tasks and oversee daily workload)Oversee training for new staff membersEngage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuationsHolding accountability with employeesManaging workflow and optimizing productionDocument daily site activityBuild a positive workplace culturePhysical Demands / Work Environment :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basisAbility to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objectsMust have reliable transportation and means of contactMust be comfortable working in a cold storage facilityKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
