PFP Logistics is looking for a Site Supervisor in the Douglas, GA Area!
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday
- Salary Benefits ($45,000 - $50,000)
- PAID Weekly*
Site Supervisor will:
- Coordinating daily operations of the site (distribute tasks and oversee daily workload)
- Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products
- Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations
- Managing workflow and optimizing production
- Hire and provide training for new staff members
- Holding accountability with employees
- Document daily site activity
- Build a positive workplace culture
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Comfortable working in a Cold Storage Facility*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects
- Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
- Must be comfortable working in a cold storage facility
