PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Lead in Sandston, VA!
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday
- Production Pay/Hourly
- PAID WEEKLY*
Lead will:
- Distribute tasks and oversee shift workload
- work with team members to unload containers
- Prioritize and promote safety
- Document work completed during the shift
- Develop and maintain a healthy, motivated workplace culture
- Provide high-quality customer service on a daily basis
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a cold storage facility*
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects
- Must be willing to work
- Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
- Work is very fast paced and physically demanding.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; bend, stretch, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision.
