About this Position The Field Investigator 2 works in the Field Investigations Hierarchy Integrity Unit and is responsible for conducting thorough and comprehensive investigations for allegations of misconduct by field representatives in the financial industry. Responsibilities & Qualifications The investigative process involves analysis of information obtained during the investigation and preparation of written recommendations to management for resolutions and/or disciplinary actions. The role mediates disputes, negotiates agreements with field representatives and has the ability to work well with difficult people. The Investigator assists with the Company’s alternative dispute resolution process with field representatives and will provide advice to Field.
