We're seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the development and optimization of our family of product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for new product development.
- Leverage 3D modeling and drafting software to create detailed product designs.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Lead testing programs, including assembly, test setup, and data analysis to drive innovation and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology.
- 5 years of experience in designing electrical connectors, wellhead systems, or related products for ESP systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles, sealing technologies, and material compatibility.
