What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative - Kiosk position at PG Wireless?
Responsibilities of the Kiosk Sales Representative include :
- Achieving or exceeding individual sales and customer satisfaction goals set by management
- Displaying knowledge of Sprint products and services and participating in all the kiosk's promotions and programs.
- Identifying the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues
- Preparing and submitting complete, accurate and timely paperwork
- Staying well-informed of the trends and promotions of wireless industry competitors
- Having the ability to communicate and build rapport with prospective and current customers in order to provide superior customer service
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned, (e.g., stocking inventory, maintaining a professional kiosk appearance, and reporting any suspicious activity)
- Contributing to team success
- Ability to work a retail schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
