We have major construction sites all over Nassau and Suffolk counties only.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple Government HVAC projects simultaneously
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
- Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for seamless execution
- Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any project issues and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and industry best practices
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong experience in HVAC Construction, Project Management, and Government contracts.
- HVAC certification or licensure
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
