Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.)
- Previous experience in a secretary or administrative services role
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong Computer skills (MS Office Suite & Quickbooks)
