Role Overview : As Member Experience Manager, you will be at the heart of creating, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and activities that cater to our diverse Membership. Your creativity, attention to detail and passion for enhancing Member satisfaction will be crucial in delivering memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events and experience strategy that aligns with the Club’s mission and values.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of Member events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Manage event budgets & vendor relationships to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Develop, foster, and support Clubs within the Club (special interest groups).
- Foster strong relationships with existing Members and partner with New Members using an established onboarding plan.
