Job Description:
The CNC Operator will operate a CNC Router and Machine to fabricate parts for our customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Router and Machine to fabricate parts for our customers.
- Track all machining activities using our ERP system.
- Verify that all parts meet quality standards and are as per customer specifications.
- Load parts onto the machine, machine to finish, and machine to set up for next run.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Record and submit all quality checks as required per company policy and procedures.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Production Team.
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Production Team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3 years of experience operating CNC Routing Machine preferred.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be physically fit enough to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work with a team in a global manufacturing environment.
