Job Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Manage interpreter services, ensuring compliance with DOJ/EOIR standards, and execute policies to meet contractual adherence goals.
- Supervise and mentor Operations Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Interpreter Evaluators.
- Liaise with EOIR officials, address program needs, and implement client-requested adjustments.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation, focusing on high-demand languages.
- Collaborate on quality initiatives, monitor performance, and drive process improvements.
- Manage budget, expenses, and metrics, ensuring contract adherence and accurate invoicing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7 years in program management; 3 years with federal/government contracts.
- Skills: PMP preferred; strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Clearance: DOJ Public Trust eligibility required.
