Role 

The Inside Sales Associate provides sales support to customers, sales representatives, and other internal Thermal Care personnel/departments starting from preliminary inquiries to equipment delivery. This position will report to the Inside Sales Manager and is located in Niles, Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Field incoming equipment phone calls, gather contact information and application data, and subsequently quote and actively cross-sell Thermal Care’s entire portfolio of products
• Proficient in all Thermal Care IT systems and sales tools required to manage customer opportunities, quotes, and orders
• Follow proper quoting and order processing procedures focusing on quality and accuracy
• Respond to email inquiries and orders
• Must be able to sell the value of Thermal Care equipment’s features and benefits
• Work closely with the customer service department to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Develop proficiency in the basic principles and applications of the plastics industry and how to apply Thermal Care’s product offering within the appropriate applications 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related field) and/or one to three (1-3) years of direct work experience without formal education
• Position typically expects zero (0) to five (5) years of direct/relevant experience based on scope of position
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to analyze and interpret business correspondence
• Ability to effectively evaluate and respond appropriately to situations to the benefit of the customer, strong sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal skills and provide high-quality customer service
• Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• General computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Must develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
