PGR Media is searching for a collaborative, curious, data-driven marketing professional to own the analytics function across our client portfolio. This role will work closely with strategy teams to develop reporting templates and interactive dashboards used to guide each brand’s campaign recommendations and closely monitor ongoing performance. A genuine interest in the data will lead this person to identify patterns and trends resulting in actionable insights and recommendations leading to measurable business impact. This position is based in Boston area - MUST BE IN MASSACHUSETTS and HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE. We will not consider or reply to anyone not currently based in Massachusetts that does not have the required experience.
Responsibilities
-Develop reporting templates and dashboards, maintain and update consistently
-Analyze real-time performance of campaigns, communicating progress to clients, including any optimizations and/or necessary tests
-Manage all aspects of Media/Client Data, ensuring it is properly updated into reporting
-Communicate with internal & client teams to share performance insights and actionable recommendations
-Work closely with account team ensure reporting and measurement tactics are being met
-Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for items that fall outside of typical reporting templates
-Develop POVs on emerging industry trends
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business or Finance
-3 years of experience within marketing, with at least 2 years in analytics-forward role, preferably prior media agency experience
-Ability to effectively articulate and communicate data when presenting to clients/teams
-Curiosity and passion for data with the ability to translate findings into actionable business decisions
-Proven experience within the following across analysis & insights:
- Media Performance (Digital & Offline Channels)
- Paid/Earned/Owned analysis, accounting for all media channels
- Identify and analyze consumer journeys
- Comfort with Data (organization, translation, blending, transforming into cohesive structure, etc)
-Must know Platforms:
- Ad-Serving (Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc)
- Web & Business Analytics Solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc)
- Tag Management Solutions (Google Tag Manager
- Data Visualization Programs (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Tableau etc)
- Proficiency across General Business Applications (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides)
