What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Specialist position at PGS Worldwide?
PGS Worldwide is actively seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to support ongoing projects for an Aerospace leader in Irving, TX. This is an initial 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity and I will respond immediately to all qualified candidates.
Job Description :
This is a Customer Support position. The selected performer must have SAP / S4 experience and a great customer service profile. The successful selectee will learn tools such as Oasis for external suppliers and ServiceNow for internal inquiries. Working knowledge of Microsoft products is a must. Working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is a plus. The successful selectee will also have the opportunity to engage in new innovative tools that will deploy this year.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- US Citizenship
- 2 days on site are required - Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- A degree is not required but it a plus.
