Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler/Packager to join our growing team in the Packaging department, specifically supporting our Ultra Fiberglass Windows product line. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient packaging of our high-quality fiberglass windows for shipment to customers. You will work as part of a team preparing, packaging, and labeling finished products according to established procedures and quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
The hourly compensation starts at $22.00. Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m.

- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and packaging specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
