What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swing Production Team Lead position at PGT Custom Windows and Doors?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Swing Production Team Lead to come and join our growing company, in Temecula, CA at Milgard Windows and Doors. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. In this role you will lead our Insulating Line team. You must have prior manufacturing experience leading a team, in a demanding environment. In this role, you will assist in the work activities of department team members.
The hourly compensation range is $28.50 an hour, plus $3 shift differential. The position start time is 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime required.

- High-level of Mechanical Aptitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Pivot table experience highly preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
