Job Summary
Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure smooth facility operations. This role requires troubleshooting skills, understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC controlled systems, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer preventative maintenance duties utilizing the maintenance system.
- Detect malfunctions in machinery, diagnose problems, and repair machinery and equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot frame welders, automated and manual lines, facility equipment such as lighting, air compressor, overhead doors, etc.
- Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Perform other maintenance duties and functions or assist in other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanic, pneumatic systems.
- Experience in operating a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- MIG and TIG welding experience.
- Solid English language, reading and writing skills.
