What You'll Do
- Manage hiring, training, and installation departments regionally
- Conduct weekly meetings
- Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports
- Create Quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting to Grow our Sales

- 5-10 years of Management Experience in the Home Improvement/Window Industry
- Experience with Managing all aspects of a Home Improvement company including sales, and the installation of windows and doors
- You MUST be able to manage hiring, training, and installation on a regional basis
- Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST in the Window/Home Improvement Industry!
