What You Will Do
Make mechanical changes and adjustments to line equipment and operate all automation equipment
Plan and address daily production needs.
Ensure quality production to meet customer specifications
Make quality checks and document completed checks as required.
Maintain line cleanliness, including proper storage of tools, emptying trash and getting full trash hoppers dumped.
Accurate and timely reporting of daily production information into the appropriate forms and/or databases.
Assign and direct personnel on pattern changes and short periods of downtime.

What We Offer
Starting rate $20.59/hr
12 hour shifts rotating days (3 days one week and 4 days the next)

What We Need From You
- Mechanical ability.
- Adequate computer skills
- Must be willing to assist in other roles as called upon or needed.
- Previous experience driving fork truck, preferred but not required
- At least one year previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Safety:
- Perform duties within normal manufacturing environmental conditions.
- Must be able to climb stairs, push/pull, grip to use hand tools, reach, see, hear and speak.
- Must be able to be on your feet, 12 hour shifts
- Must be able to inspect and pack glass
- Must be able work in warm conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and with assistance, above 50 pounds.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building.
- Must follow all Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
