We are a family owned business that operates in the alternative financing and payment processing industries. Our founder opened his first store over 30 years ago with a focus on sound, ethical principles and a focus on servicing the consumer.
Position Overview:
PH Financial Services manages over 40 brick and mortar locations in 6 states that operate in the alternative financing industry. In addition to our brick and mortar locations we also operate a growing online lending platform and a quickly expanding payment processing division.
We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded individual to join our growing compliance team. This position will report directly to the Director of Compliance and will assist with the many various duties to ensure the continued success of the companies’ overall Compliance Management System.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assists with tasks required to maintain and enhance the Compliance Management System for all business units
- Timely completion of compliance audits to ensure that company policies and practices are in accordance with State and Federal regulations
- Make recommendations to the Director of Compliance for improving internal controls, operating efficiency, adequacy of records, and recordkeeping
- Conduct follow-up reviews of any deficiencies noted during audits
- Coordinate regulatory compliance training for new and existing employees
- Daily oversight of third-party relationship risk management

Experience & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or comparable work experience
- Knowledge with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards (AML, EFTA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, GLBA, TILA, UDAAP, USA Patriot Act)
- Prior experience in the Financial Services Industry including banking, finance, consumer payments or alternative financing
- Prior compliance audit experience and understanding
- Marketing compliance knowledge
