What You’ll Do:
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Identify new market opportunities, plan targeted outreach, and drive revenue growth in our specialized trucking and propane/CNG services.
- Adapt Across Environments: Seamlessly engage with colleagues in the office, present to key stakeholders in the boardroom, and cultivate relationships out in the field.
- Build Key Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships, negotiate contracts, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in hazmat and over-dimensional trucking, propane, and CNG delivery.
- Manage & Utilize CRM System: Track leads, monitor deal progress, and generate accurate reporting to optimize sales performance.
- Track & Report Metrics: Use data to measure success, adjust strategies, and forecast sales targets and market trends.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of high-performance sales experience with documented success and exceptional revenue growth in trucking and/or oil & gas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent professional experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid DL; travel is an essential part of this role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of market conditions, especially hazmat and over-dimensional trucking, propane, and CNG.
- CRM Proficiency: Able to effectively use and manage CRM tools for leads, pipelines, and reporting.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excel at engaging clients and colleagues, from initial outreach to negotiation and beyond.
- Honesty & Integrity: You uphold the highest standards of truthfulness, reliability, and ethical conduct in every interaction.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently yet committed to collaborative success.
- Computer Proficiency: Adept with standard office software and tools to track sales activities and analyze data.
