Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant – Early Talent
Location: New York City Metro or Boston Metro (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000 base salary uncapped commission from day one ($70,000-$80,000 first-year OTE)

Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Phaidon International, you will be supporting our specialized recruiting brands expand by sourcing top recruiting talent. Your role will involvesourcing top recruitment talent, developing your network, process management and establishing yourself as an expert in your market through the following core recruitment functions:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Headhunt top recruiting and entry level talent within your assigned territory.
- Network with passive/inactive talent.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs.
- Cold call active and passive candidates to build rapport, gather market intelligence, and understand motivations.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates through messaging, emailing, and cold calling.
Process Management:
- Introduce candidates to internal stakeholders and coordinate the interview process.
- Exchange feedback between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate and deliver offers to candidates.
- Provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
