Recruitment Consultant- Entry Level
Location: Chicago, IL (The Loop)
Compensation: $45,000 base salary uncapped commission (Average OTE: $75-85k)

What You’ll Do
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Candidate Generation: Identify top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from the first interview to negotiating offers and closing placements
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients and candidates with valuable
