Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level
Compensation: $45,000 base uncapped commission from day one
Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (The Loop)

Role of a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International:
- Build out your own book of business and network with top industry professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer expert market advice, eventually becoming a subject matter expert in the space.
- Source niche, mid to senior-level candidates and guide them through the entire hiring process.
- Earn commission on top of a competitive base salary when a candidate accepts a job offer. Commission is uncapped, so the earning potential is endless.
