Job Description : As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the electrical aspects of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects, leading them through each phase with meticulous care. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other contractors to ensure efficient integration of electrical systems.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records for accountability.
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.
