This is an on-site, full-time role for an Algebra Teacher located in Indianapolis, IN. The Algebra Teacher will be responsible for creating and executing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective instruction, and assessing student progress. Additional tasks include collaborating with fellow educators, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The teacher will also participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching
- Strong Education, Training, and Communication skills
- Ability to develop engaging and effective instructional materials
- Experience in classroom management and student assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration
- Experience in educational settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field
- Teaching certification in Mathematics or related area is preferred
