Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled barista to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
* Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
* Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food/customer service role
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Responsibilities:
* Prepare a variety of coffee and boba beverages
* Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
* Operate and maintain coffee and boba equipment
* Keep the work area clean and organized
* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
