As a Medicaid Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping underserved seniors access essential care and support through Medicaid and Medicare applications. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, assist, and manage Medicaid applications for prospective participants
- Conduct home visits to assist participants with completing the Medi-Cal application process
- Maintain accurate documentation and record participant enrollment information
- Adhere strictly to DHCS and CMS regulations and policies
- Collaborate with Finance Department for data analysis and reporting
- Monitor and maintain participants' Medicaid eligibility
- Provide community resources to prospective participants and families/caregivers
- Collaborate with government specialists for required documentation
- Hybrid, flexible schedule. Traveling to enrollees homes/remote. M-F 8a-5p.
- Home Visits in LA area
